We believe in equitable pay at Modest Coffee with everyone starting at a pay rate of $15/hour* (or salary equivalent) plus a raise of $1/hour every year regardless of position.
Market positions get a $2/hour bonus in addition to the hourly wage due the exceptionally challenging nature of constructing and deconstructing a mobile café.
Account managers receive 5% commission of invoices for accounts that they manage in addition to salary or hourly wage.
*work permit (under 16 years old) applicants start at $12 per hour with a raise to $15 after 1 year of experience or old enough to not require a permit.
